PostSubject: Re: The Jury House   The Jury House - Page 17 EmptyMon Jun 01, 2020 6:19 pm

Speaking of the borrowed time comment. She didn't tell me about telling the jury this but I know she was upset that you made that alliance to take us out. Outside of me, she trusted you the most so when Jim told us that (I think Villanelle confirmed it to us too), she was upset. Then the jurors apparently told her you were one of the people who could beat her in the end. You can dislike the way she goes about it, but just like DW voting me out last night, it made sense.

DW taking Buffy out and taking Jim to F2 will be epic. I know we didn’t agree with her gameplay at the beginning of jury but if she does end up doing that, she would’ve taken both Aaron and Buffy out and would’ve made the right choice in taking the ‘scary’ route she did by aligning with them.

Yeah, Jim is in by far the worst position imaginable in this game. He has turned into the Spongebob of the season (no offense to spongebob).

JimBOT will have an uphill battle. Only way he could pull out a way to win, is if he wins Final HOH himself.

I intend to be friends with Jim after, we had a solid bromance for the most part and I enjoyed talking to him. I still don't think he deserves the win against either. When Buffy didn't get her way, we felt the wrath and she went to work to get her way. When Jim didn't get his way, he pouted and almost admitted defeat. I often had to give him pep talks to keep trying Laughing. DW also managed to realign when she was in hot water. Not as strongly as Buffy, but she still did.

You should be friends with me toooo xo

I hope so. I always enjoyed you and I was hoping it was mutual and that it wasn't all fake for you.

I think for sure Buffy has to explain the arrogant comments she made to undermine people if she makes it to F2. Maybe then you can find answers Cameron

Wow. This is something that I definitely would like to ask Buffy if she makes Final 2, but if this is what she means then I don’t see myself voting for her. Some nerve to refer to people as coasters. We all tried at these challenges every night. Because only three people were dominant in challenges, we really weren’t able to make any play we wanted. Then on top of that, Buffy and her loyal subjects essentially instilled the fear of God in everyone else to even make a move against them which dictated this season. It was either be loyal or get evicted trying. And for being in such control of everything, she really knew how to come for people. I’m apparently borrowed time, Nat’s a pawn, and then the way that Buffy acted on the threads when Natalie was trying anything to save herself. I want to feel good about my vote, and I’m just not seeing it. (I’m trying hard not to think about her and Stacia Lang being the same person too btw lol)

I don't know why you feel this was about you, it was not, but I feel like you just want any reason to vote for anyone but Buffy. You should just vote for the other person and not lose sleep over it. Buffy was never mean towards you in my presence. I wanted you out earlier because you were not part of my circle and it was her who always told me that you were a good egg and to leave you alone. It was not personal for me to want you out, it was really only because I had one on ones with almost everyone except you for a long time. I will admit that the way you keep coming for her since I got here puzzles me based on the fact she was the only one protecting you from where I stood.

I think that’s the beauty of being on a jury because we can vote however we’d like. Personally I have no problem with Buffy. We had great conversations throughout the game. My personal gripe is almost feeling shamed for wanting to go against you and her aka playing the game. Almost as like “you have some nerve for even thinking about it. You should of just sat there and ate your food Ms. Borrowed Time” It’s the unnecessary comments made that I’m not a fan of. She can’t even say it was warranted because she never faced eviction playing a dominant game so it isn’t like we even had a chance to take our shot. When I got evicted, I asked her if I was safe and at first she said yes and then after the POV she shamed me for creating an alliance and blamed the jury telling her during her visit which is why I went home. She has ALL of the cards. Why lie?

Sounds like I’m right lol. If she was afraid I was going to beat her, where was my “Good game Cameron” and “I respect you Cameron” like everyone else got. Feel free to check my eviction thread. Only person that said anything was Nat. And again, upset that I was playing the game? That I had no intention to be a blind follower? If that was the reason it makes complete sense, but she poorly executed that.

One thing that I want to clear up with you though because I'm not sure if it's just me misunderstanding. It sounds like you take away the hard work that was put into playing a dominant game. I get the sense like you think it was easy to just go on winning streaks and avoiding the block. While you guys were rolling your eyes at us winning another challenge, we were stressed and sweating trying to win the challenge. I remember times where the stress made me throw up. I remember times where I got choked up about stuff. I remember times where I had to console Buffy because she was upset to the point of tears. The path was anything but fun and easy.

I still don't have any idea what that whole thing was about. I have absolutely severe ADHD and I was turned off by him playing victim over it. I could barely follow what that drama was even all about and I found it totally annoying.

Come to think of it, one thing that did annoy me, when DW was saved, it seemed like there was this attempt to guilt the house into making them feel like they made an immoral judgment to keep DW around because she was mean to Buffy when she was HOH. Like by keeping DW in the game, we therefore condone whatever it is that she said to Buffy that upset her.

And then next thing we know, the person that you wanted gone because of her abhorrent behavior that you wanted to guilt everyone as a punishment for keeping, you and Buffy started working with her. Which made sense in the game for you guys, but hypocritical at the same time because keeping DW was a game move for everyone else at the time.

It's nothing that bothers me too deeply. Just something I'm realizing now.

Again, I just want to reiterate that this isn’t personal, I’m just trying to look at the game that was played and what I value in a winner that will be representing our season. I hope that we’re all cool after this when the masks come off.

I will need to get over the fact there were Season 1 players amongst us tbh. But that is solely a me thing.

I rarely said bye to anyone because it felt rehearsed. This goes into the pile of things I need to be better at. That night though, you left first during a double. It was really chaotic and I bet that's the main reason.

Part of it was game on my part. I felt defeated so I wanted to throw one last thing out there to see if we could not shift the focus back on her. She did really upset Buffy with that comment on a personal level. It's not my story to tell, but DW actually went to talk with her and they patched things up. I don't believe in beating a dead horse. Once she apologized, I was fine working with her. Russell just kind of made a mess, threw out accusations and left.

I’m sorry that you and Buffy felt the need to win every challenge and that it was taking that much of a toll on ya, but if you believed that you needed to win every challenge I feel that speaks to a poor social game. For this being my first type of ORG, the fact that there was rarely any variance amongst the challenges was AGITATING! I needed to figure out how this works where others with prior experience was maybe used to this type of thing. And now knowing that Season 1 players are around, that really isn’t helping the case lol

Why lie?

I get what you mean. I can't answer why the comments, but I don't think they were meant to hurt people in the end.

I don't know what else to say you to anymore. You keep taking these jabs at us so it's really futile for me to continue trying to explain.
