My reasoning to leave Penny off the block now is that she is in my DM offering deals. She even offering me safety until final 3 and said her only ally is Michael. I wasn't born yesterday, I'm not going to fall for the safety until final 3, but I will use her vulnerability to make her promise she will vote Heather's ass out this time.
