I’m not sure. I feel like whoever has it either won HOH a lot or had been nominated a lot.

I was about 10 away from getting it and I was HOH and did ~most~ of the tasks. I’m guessing whoever won it stays up late and did more tasks or they played in veto/saved themselves with veto so they can vote.
