im not talking to simba about strategy. im simply stating what i personally plan to do. im letting him know that i feel for him and know what its like to be in that situation. he needs to do whats best for him and ill respect it. theres no negativity from my side.

100% agree and Simba you were heard loudly and clearly and these personal matters are very very important! I am wishing you well and I hope you just take the time now to log off and be with your family and just try and enjoy the holidays! Nobody deserves this added stress of a game or anything else during this time of the year and especially with what is going on during this year with COVID. Sending lots of love Simba!

Yeah this is definitely the right take. If Simba wants to leave for any reason impacting their mental health, then let's support it unconditionally and without caveats. Ik we are in game mode, but we can be human about their call. Hope things get better for them.

Intention or not, impact is still there. Good on you for owning it

I've only played a few of these games, and I think, especially under the guise of anonymity, it's easier to become immune to the fact that we are playing with real people and not random-ass characters. So we can still be messy and crazy while being more intentional of not crossing the line from game to personal because that's no longer fun.

I am not one to really say anything in the eviction threads because I do not want to influence anything, but respectfully -- everyone, if you're going to comment things please fully read what people have to say and realize that there are actual people playing behind these characters and at the end of the day this is a game. I know nobody meant to be viscous and mean but comments that are continuing to be made about what you think is best for your strategic game could probably be kept to yourself, someone being vulnerable about something going on in their life is not the moment to talk about what is best for your game.

We are here to have fun and play a game, let's not lose sight of that.
