name an artist besides LDR that u like.................... also u and blossom both use "sksks" so much. i'm glad i got her out of this game hahahha
Sksks I do use it a lot I think I got it from how much ppl use it on Twitter all the time, but yeah I did notice she used it a lot too lmao. I’m glad u did too.
And I like a lot of diff artists but I guess the first that come to mind are Lady Gaga, Halsey, Jessie Reyez, Marina, and lately I rlly like Blackbear lmao wbu?
really? i don't see it at all on twitter
ummmmmmmmmm im a huge nicki minaj fan. phoebe bridgers, taylor swift, jojo, nicki, and megan were my top artists of the year, but i'd say overall, i like indie + chill hip hop, if that makes sense. lucy daucus, mitski, adrienne lenker, julien baker, clairo, snail mail lolol, but also like ari lennox, the japanese house, sasami, vagabon, japanese breakfast, rina sawayama, etc. i try to listen to mostly non-men with a tried emphasis at more non-white and esp. queer artists, but ofc i do love some sufjan stevens, frank ocean, etc.
I guess we follow diff people then lmfao, I feel like I see it a lot!
And oo nice! I saw that u were a Nicki Minaj fan during ur "like for a rating" thing lmao! I like Phoebe Bridgers, Ari Lennox, Clario, Mitski, and Frank Ocean too! Idk a ton of the others much lmao

i feel like sksk is a remnant from the vsco girl meme, but nice to see it's still in circulation. do u have a hydroflask?
aw u paid attention to what i wrote <3 how sweet <3 i put 0 thought into them ugh phoebe....... 1 of my last concerts before covid. so white, so industry plant, so cringe, but i still love her. tbh i hate that she's becoming more "mainstream" now lmaoooo i hate the "mainstream" and all it produces. the music industry is suffering greatly because of it and the fact that people are demanding immediate access to music aka streaming which is just so terrible for most artists sighssssssss
so since u are an english major, what's one of ur fav books ever hmmmmm.....

Lmfaoo I guess it is, and no I do not haha
And lmfaoo, they were fun! And aww, I feel u, I miss concerts lmao, I had multiple I was planning to go to that got cancelled because of it. And lmaoo, tea, but her music is still good <3 Idk much about the music industry tho ngl, but I'd agree it sucks ppl have to essentially assimilate or tailor their music to mainstream ideals to even become successful and such
and hmm, I'd say one of my favorites is the Edible Woman by Margaret Atwood! wbu?? I also have a soft spot for the Inkheart trilogy by Cornelia Funke, but I think it's because that was one of the books I read as a kid that got me into reading and writing lmfao.
(also sorry I'm taking forever to answer, I was eating, and now I'm studying real quick before I take my exam before the comp tonight lmao)

oh nooooo that's sad the thing i've missed the most ab covid is just getting on an airplane. i love love love airports and going ANYWHERE. i feel so stuck physically rn that it's affecting my ability to think rationally about the future lol
i don't do fav books and i never reread books EXCEPT i just reread on earth we're briefly gorgeous and it's such a masterpiece. there's also that art history book i was telling u about which was a fav of mine in 2020. it's just hard to remember everything, which is why i maintain a bookstagram now hahah. logged 84 books in 2020 ;p i wonder if u would like too much and not the mood by durga chew-bose. hmmmmmm. but i'm getting more novel-vibes from u
and no worries. good luck w/ ur exam! i'm sure u will do well
i thought my class would end early today, but we are on break #2 and still chugging along

lmfaoo it's okay, but hopefully I'll be able to go to some more when things settle down eventually. and oo nice, I don't travel much at all lmao, my family don't like to go places much, and I'm also kinda a homebody too, but a lot of my friends feel that way too, being cooped up at home ain't it for a lot of ppl
and oo okay, yeah I def like to re-read stuff haha, but that sounds interesting, I'll look it up! Why did you like it so much? Must've been really good if you re-read it despite not typically re-reading things lmao. That's really cool you have a bookstagram! After the season I'd love to check it out haha. I'm def more of a novel-lover, but that sounds interesting as well.
and thanks! The exam went well I believe!
that sucks abt having a long class Hope it went well despite the lengthiness tho

my family doesn't either, flying places is a new post-college thing for me hahah because all of my college friends are all over the place i didnt realize how much stock i placed in being able to see them at least once or twice/year until covid hit
ummmm it's just really well written imo, lots of prose. he's the queer son of an immigrant, etc. idk. mmm lol i def think our tastes are vastly different. oooh but i DID finally read mostly dead things by kristen arnett (popular lesbian writer on twitter LMAO) and i enjoyed luster by raven leilani!!
omg it was actually so good? an amazing breath of fresh air to be w/ grad students in other departments

ohh that makes sense. That's understandable, I do think the hardest part is not seeing friends, which is why I'm so grateful I've at least had my roommates, they definitely make it sooo much better.
And oo okay, that's cool! I think our tastes are different as well, but I can always appreciate a well-written book, and it sounds interesting. I've been planning to read Mostly Dead Things actually, I just haven't gotten to it yet! I haven't heard of Luster, but I'm googling it now, and it looks like something I'd def like to read.
and omg that's good to hear!! What class was it?

lmfaoo, I'm sorry!! haha
and oo okay!! And I feel that, I do always just appreciate a lesbian protagonist, even if the quality of it isn't amazing, I feel like I just enjoy it more lmfao. And lmfaooo, which one did you read?? That's a shame it was so bad but at least it was hot! Lmao!
And oh that's awesome, it's amazing you're pushing yourself and are passionate about it! I have heard of Care Work actually!
