Thanks, Snorlax. Yeah, maybe I'll get another one some day. I'm still adjusting to the emptiness and I work a lot of hours when the universe isn't crazy so I'm waiting a spell. My sister has a great cat that she may rehome if she ends up getting this job she wants in Arizona so I'm gonna hold that slot open just in case.

And yes I would definitely wait until your heart is fully healed before trying to get a new cat! You’ll know when the time is right!
