I don’t think he was mean. There’s a reason he was the way he was and I think most people overlook it because he wasn’t very responsive in a lot of conversations but as his trainer I tried to have a genuine conversation with him and once I did, I was able to understand a lot more about him. I even told the hosts I felt bad for judging him before I got to know him. I can’t justify his actions or the words he said but he has a good heart and good intentions.
