There once was a girl named Jane
And yeah she was a bit plain
But she did what was asked
And wore a tight mask
And doing so did not make her an ass
She forced herself to go isolate
To prevent the virus from escalate
Her friends cried "Come out, come out"
She replied "Keep that up and I'll shout"
This craziness was not getting this clout
For the first few days alone
She kept busy on her phone
Wishing we was vacation
And not in isolation
But she knew it was right to the bone
She did some chores
Even made some warm s’mores
To bring the neighbours from joy
And which said their little boy,
“Can I give my grandma one more?”
At last she decided,
To make her community provided
And got some supplies for them
From milk to anchovies in a tin
This help was not misguided
Two months have passed,
And at not long last,
Jane was still indoors
Wishing she could be doing much more
But knew she had to stay for the majority vast
There once was a girl named Jane
And yeah she was a bit plain
But she did what was asked
And wore a tight mask
And doing so did not make her an ass
