I feel like so many people has thrown him utb that's why even Octavia was willing to nominate him. I honestly don't know where this all stemmed from but I know Hermione and Cynthia lost trust in him since.

Hermione asked Cynthia a sort of ~green light~ last round to use the veto and renom Nando that's why they went through with it. I dont think Hermione was going to use it because it was either me or Nando going up if Cynthia wasnt on board.
