Yeah he doesn’t seem to be like that at all. I think he has legitimate issues navigating the pm system. If you want you can just request a room with him and he’ll be more responsive to that. I think he uses the mobile version which is admittedly awful as well. But every conversation I have with him, he’s hellbent on getting out pink and blue.
