I'm a really good swimmer! I've never made fire with flint but if I went through the app process I'd def go buy some and practice lmao but I know how to do it, Idk why people hold the flint in the air, stabilize that shit on the table! I also use to make fires all the time so I understand the physics of it (saw a couple couches lit on fire inefficiently in college hahahah give it air and fire goes up, that's all ya gotta know but some people lol)

Oh I’m sorry to hear that. I don’t talk to my dad at all anymore lmao. He left my mom when I was a kid and he didn’t come back into my life until I was in college and he did a lot of questionable shit that made me just cut all ties with him permanently lmao. He tried to take credit for me graduating college, he tried to turn my brother against me, he and his wife talked shit about my sexual orientation, etc. so I just don’t bother with that negativity anymore and it’s been a ~blessing~ <3

My dad was really ignorant and narcissistic and then he remarried and when I was like 13 and my younger brother was 10, she sat us down and tried to tell us how our parents got divorced.......bruh, I had no respect for her since that day and she hated me for it bc I would brazenly show her that I didn't. Anyway, over time she convinced my dad I'm a shit person and now we just don't speak. Last time I saw him like two years ago, I came over christmas morning just to say hello for a couple minutes and I came in and he was mad I hadn't come over earlier in that winter break (I lived at my moms), I was like fuck you dude, I haven't gone anywhere lmao

Like no, we don’t need to deal with that. I don’t hate them, I just don’t care for them. And I can live my life without ever talking to them again <3 a lot of my family is so dysfunctional and I do like a good number of them but I have zero interest in keeping up with people with some really awful views. I know it sounds like I’m intense but I swear I just don’t care for them hahah. I’m glad you are pretty strong though. I am always sad when people are not able to speak up for themselves, for different reasons. Some reasons seem legitimate. Like obviously if you’re a kid it’s hard to get out of that situation but it should never be an environment that is toxic. But I’ve met adults who can get away or shut people out and they won’t do it. It’s such a tricky situation and every case is different. But I wish it was normalized. I’ve had too many friends who wouldn’t speak up and it affected their mental health.

Yeah exactly. A lot of things are normalized now that should have been acceptable from the beginning but people have weird prerogatives. I feel like the fact that more people are able to get away from it will help people get through it themselves, especially with the internet as a platform.
