I thought Korra was going up.

I find it interesting that Nessa promised to target Korra if she stayed but Korra kept her and she also praised her on the way out. So I don’t think she had any intentions on following through. So I don’t feel completely bad. I am annoyed that Korra wasn’t nominated to begin with though.
