U hearing anything about votes?

I'm a little nervous that people want to keep Brenda here in order for her to take a shot at me in the future for them, but I'm like so frustrated because I wish everyone could see I'm vulnerable next week, I literally can't win HOH and can be easilyyy backdoored by anyoneeee, with or without her in this game, so long term it makes sense to take the shot at a competitor like Brenda this week. If they want me out so badly, they could just take me out next week when I'm vulnerable sksk, it's a 2 for 1 deal, like pleasee, and idk how to make ppl see that

People are ridiculous. Apparently Blossom is considering voting to keep her in the game, and then I spoke to Blossom about it to see where her head is and I can’t tell if she’s considering flipping or if she’s trying to set me up. I’m voting Brenda out regardless but it just seems fishy that she’s acting this way. I know she’s your girl and all but I don’t know how I’m supposed to react when I say it should be an easy vote and she’s like “I don’t know about that”.

She is?? I really did think I could trust Blossom, but trust me, I'm anything but pleased with how she's been acting lately. Blossom told me she's voting out Brenda, but literally EVERYONE is telling me that, and that's clearly not the case, so I feel like I'm very much being set up.

At this point, I think we have you, madison, max (due to his closeness with Hilary), Jason, and I'd like to think Amber as well based on how much she's insisting she's voting Brenda out. But, again, literally the whole house is telling me they're voting her out, meanwhile Hilary is openly telling me Brenda seems to have 3 votes

Yeah it seems like she might be trying to keep someone in the game who would come after you. Which pretty much means they don’t care about your position in the game. 

I don’t think we have anything to worry about. Madison I trust 100% with how she’s voting. I haven’t really spoken with Amber about the vote so she’s essentially the vote we should focus on to make sure that we have control in our favor regardless of what Blossom does.

Yeah I agree, I trust her vote as well. I've spoken to Amber a lot about it because I figured she'd be a hesitant vote or a possible swing, so I do think she's going to vote Brenda out, but I guess we'll see.

So many people are being particularly brief and tight-lipped this week lmao, which is fair, it's getting down to the wire, but damn, it's odd.

Well now that it’s jury people are going to want to start building their resumes. It’s so boring when people want to just say they had shields the whole time. I respect it when people are the shields more than people using them. It’s the laziest thing anyone can do and people just slap on a “this is great strategy” sticker on it and think it’s a valid reason to win the season.

Lmfao I'd agree. I feel as though both of us are shields because people can tell we've been good competitors and have been really trying hard in this game lmfao. I don't think laying low the whole game is a reason to get a jury vote lol, moves being made is what I like to see as well.

Okay, great! And same here, I think it's died down, but by no means do I think people decided on a vote easily lmfao. Every single damn person was acting weird af to me until like 2 hours later when they started to give me actual reassurance and acting normal again.. So I'm definitely wary of anyone who claims this was an easy vote to me haha.

Yeah I know what you mean. Everyone is a mess. Honestly, the more I step back and look at the playing field, the more I realize that alliances are not as clear cut as I thought. I feel like this season has been a lattice of alliances. Example - Me/Nick got along and me/you get along but you obviously wanted him out. I feel like that same dynamic exists for everyone in this game. I feel like Yoda might be at the epicenter of all this. You were right about him. He seems to be good with everyone and we don’t know where his loyalties are. He brings people in with some truths but then he throws in some lies that are believed since he did give facts. It’s actually really clever, and the fact that he picked such a likable character only shows me he’s given this game a lot of thought since even before the season.

So if I had to guess, I’m thinking that all these overlapping alliances are why people are remaining hush hush about a ton of strategy. I wish it was more black and white so we can just pick off sides. I feel like everyone’s paranoia is definitely being amplified so much as a result. I mean I’d be lying if I said I trusted at least one person 100% of the time. No offense to you haha, just fleeting thoughts. But after sleeping on it and seeing what happened with this vote, I’m inclined to think that there are too many cross-alliances.

Out of everyone I feel like you’ve been the most consistent. Anybody else I feel goes wherever the wind blows.

Agreed, I do think that almost everyone overlaps except maybe Hilary. Every single other person is doing their thing with side allegiances, which makes sense for extra security, but when what’s supposed to be a solid group wavers and doesn’t want to vote together, it’s clear there’s another group elsewhere. Nearly everyone showed resistance in taking out Brenda, but before noms I’d gotten almost no resistance at all. Only in the vote were people starting to scramble or act like they wish I made different nominations. But that’s another reason I wanted Brenda out. Jason, Yoda, Blossom, Amber, even Max seemed upset to see her go. If they’d all communicated with one another more the vote could have easily gone differently I think, but I think Jason was more loyal to us, and I think Blossom was likely just sketching everyone out.

And I agree, I think that’s why Yoda continues to throw comps over and over again. He’s right in the middle; Brenda picked him for a veto by choice, I picked him for a veto by choice.. two people clearly not working together feeling good with Yoda, being promised things by him, and if he shows his cards, he’d finally have to pick a side. To his benefit though, despite everyone knowing he’s throwing comps, he remains well positioned because no one wants to waste an HOH on someone who isn’t winning anything, deliberate or not.

I agree though, everyone is quiet because no one wants to make the wrong move, so it can’t just be a split with sides going at each other (though I wish it could be, I’d much prefer that tbh lmao). And no offense taken lmao, I literally don’t trust a single person fully either, but I do have to say you’ve been real with me, and you’re the one I’d love to stick with. All we have to do is lose one comp, and we’d be picked off, so I think it would be beneficial for us to survive together and win stuff to help one another. I’m not someone who’s gonna go with where the wind blows, I’m not a passive player lmao, I like to go hard, and if that blows up in my face, it is what it is.
