I agree, I feel like Madison could have been a real wheel spin, or she could have picked her since Madison is still close to Doja and Bayleigh but it's a less obvious target and seems like a legit spin.. Also since Madison is a pretty low threat level, maybe it's to ensure Bayleigh goes?
